Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct factory located in Changping Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. We have our own production lines, in-house R&D team, and mold design capability. You are welcome to visit our factory for inspection at any time.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located at No. 136, Gangjian Road, Changping Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Dongguan is known as the "World Factory" for consumer electronics manufacturing.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we warmly welcome customers to visit our factory. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment. We can arrange airport pickup from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport or Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

What products do you manufacture?
We specialize in gaming headsets, gaming mice, gaming keyboards, TWS true wireless earbuds, OWS open-ear earphones, Bluetooth speakers, and related accessories including microphones, headset stands, gaming controllers, and charging cables.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products are certified with CE, FCC, and RoHS. We can also support additional certifications such as UKCA, BIS, etc., according to your target market requirements.
Do you have private mold products?
Yes, all our flagship products are independently developed with private molds and appearance patent protection. This helps our clients avoid price competition and follow-sell issues on platforms like Amazon.
Can you provide product datasheets and marketing materials?
Yes, we provide detailed product specifications, datasheets, high-resolution images, and marketing copy for our clients. Please contact us to request the full product catalog.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible. For standard products, it starts from as low as 10-60 pieces per model. For OEM/ODM custom projects, the MOQ typically starts from 100-500 pieces depending on the product type and customization level.
What is your price range?
Our prices vary by product model and order quantity. As a direct factory, we offer competitive factory-direct pricing. Please contact us with your specific product requirements and target quantity for an accurate quotation.
Do you offer sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Sample fees may apply depending on the product, and sample fees are typically refundable upon placing a bulk order. Sample lead time is usually 3-7 days.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes, we support mixed orders. You can combine different product models and colors in one shipment, as long as each model meets its minimum order quantity.
OEM / ODM Customization
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services. We support LOGO printing (silk-screen, laser engraving, UV printing), custom packaging design, function customization, firmware tuning, and full product structural design from scratch.
What is the OEM/ODM process?
Our OEM/ODM process is: 1) Inquiry & consultation, 2) Solution & quote, 3) Sample development (3-15 days), 4) Sample confirmation, 5) Mass production (15-30 days), 6) Quality inspection, 7) Delivery & after-sales support.
How long does it take to develop a custom product?
For simple customizations (LOGO, packaging), it takes about 3-7 days for samples. For full structural design and mold development, it typically takes 15-30 days for the first prototype, depending on complexity.
Do you protect my custom design and intellectual property?
Absolutely. We strictly protect our clients' intellectual property. We sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) for custom projects and never share or sell your custom designs to other customers.
Lead Time & Shipping
What is your production lead time?
For standard products in stock, we can ship within 3-7 days. For mass production orders, the lead time is typically 15-30 days depending on the product type and order quantity. OEM/ODM orders may require additional time for tooling and sampling.
What shipping methods do you support?
We support various shipping methods including express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight, sea freight, and railway freight. We can also ship to your forwarder's warehouse in China. For cross-border sellers, we support overseas warehouse delivery and dropshipping.
What trade terms do you accept?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and other common trade terms. We are flexible and can accommodate your preferred shipping arrangement.
Do you support dropshipping?
Yes, we support dropshipping for cross-border e-commerce sellers. We can ship products directly to your customers with neutral packaging (without our company information). Please contact us for dropshipping cooperation details.
Payment & After-sales
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and other methods. For bulk orders, we typically require 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
What is your quality control process?
We implement strict quality control at every stage: incoming material inspection, production line QC, 100% functional testing before packaging, and random sampling before shipment. We also support third-party inspection by companies like SGS, BV, etc.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a standard warranty for our products. If there are quality issues due to manufacturing defects, we provide replacement or repair. Please contact our after-sales team for specific warranty terms for each product.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes, we provide comprehensive after-sales support including technical assistance, replacement for defective products, and ongoing product consultation. Our team is responsive and committed to long-term cooperation.
